piano-institute In this website, we are going to share our vision, mission, programs, activities and our musical journey. Also why we are here as a leading music school with international standard.

The Piano Institute established in January 2012, founded by Mrs. Catherine Tanujaya, B. Mus. After graduated from Australian Institute of Music and Sydney Conservatorium of Music (Australia) she has strong willingness to share her passion in music to younger generation in her home country, Indonesia. As she seen Indonesia is a big developing country who has many potential like her who needs higher standard of music education.

Just in the first year, The Piano Institute had received huge response from students who wish to obtain an international standard music education. With qualified teaching focusing on piano in private lesson basis, The Piano Institute provides international standard curriculum that will enhance music learning experience to the very depth. Our vision is to arouse musical passion and potential in each student to develop their inner-musicality and bring them to higher performance level.

The Piano Institute also offer variety activities in giving students chance to develop their confidence in music learning. Our programs include regular performances, examinations, and student concerts happen in each semester (January-June & July-December) every year. Our students' age range from 3.5 years to all ages, from beginner (Grade Preparatory) to advance level. We also provide theory & aural group class (class commence every January and July) and finished by examination at the end of the class.

From our past few years premiere experience and for future, we hope The Piano Institute will produce more and more rising stars and true musicians. And our hope that we can always be the promising institution where people can have the most musical experience!
