Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling and supervision of all Back Office Operation tasks.
- Supervision of HR, administration, and expenses management at the site level.
- Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and personnel records.
- Working with the finance team in the Head Office to maintain petty cash and expenses tracking paperwork on the farm site.
- Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Working with operation manager to monitor daily operation and track the performance of employees
- Coordinate with Head Office HR in head office for recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing.
- Provide and present the report daily,weekly and monthly to representative management.
- Handle disciplinary actions, issue warnings, and manage grievance procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Facilitate employee training programs and development activities.
- Oversee general site administration, including stationery, supplies, and facility cleanliness.
- Administer employee housing, transport, and other site-based facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of operational assets (vehicles, machinery, equipment).
- Ensure all site reports and documents are properly filed and organized.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, company visits, and external guests.
Onsite: Sipahutar, North Tapanuli
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00 WIB
- Saturday 08.00-15.00 WIB
