    • IN YOUR ROLE AS A MANAGER, YOU WILL:

      • Carving campaigns with the right tools on appropriate platforms, providing good strategy and direction to hit the key markets; 
      • Lead the conversation online, become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate;
      • Monitor the day-to-day of social media campaigns (Tweeting, updating Facebook page, monitoring all platforms, responding to customer inquiries in real time, listen to what people are saying about the brand, keeping an eye on social media activity using advanced social media monitoring software, etc.);
      • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs will also be required, followed by effective analysis, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

    • IN YOUR ROLE AS AN A MANAGER, YOU WILL:

      • Set up processes to verify driver sign-ups, including checking documents, communicating with drivers on incomplete documents, and notifying drivers of the results of their application
      • Set up regular communications with drivers via EDM or SMS
      • Design and implement driver rewards programs as needed
      • Design and implement driver engagement activities as needed
      • Keep CE updated on latest changes that may affect feedback from public or drivers
      • Maintain Driver Zendesk/ Email account
      • Deliver driver engagement targets with the budget allocated
      • Hire the best people for the team
      • Distribute clear KPIs to each member of the team including outsourced vendors
      • Keep teams motivated and high-performing by conducting regular feedback and performance review sessions
