DAILY
1. Receive Incoming Calls
2. Respond Email
3. Assist Member's Inquiries :
- Website
- T&C of program benefits
- Any Stay Plus (complimentary) issue
- Rate Discrepancy
- All About Le Club Accor Hotels (Retro Claim, General Use of LCAH, Status Level, Merge, etc.)

- etc.
4. Assist Hotel's Inquiry (Stay Plus consecutive nights, Accor Plus Program benefits)
5. Check Cases in Netsuite (Grab Cases on Dashboard, Give Response and Take Action)
6. Update and take a note any action about members in Netsuite
7. Help to input Sales in the system occasionally

WEEKLY
1. Submit Friday Summary Member Service (sent to Surabaya Program Manager)
2. All Cases happening during a week (Outstanding cases in progress and case solved)

MONTHLY
Member Service Report (sent to Surabaya Program Manager)
- Fill the ACAP Report Call Master in Excel sheet given (every month)
- Attach the record of Call Master during a month
