Responsibilities

• Reporting to Bank Indonesia (ULN, KPPK, LLD).

• Supporting for prepare document when any External Audit.

• Monitoring cost & inventory control.

• Input production report to MYOB.

• Handling for close monthly financial reporting (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow).

• Responsible for verification document (invoice).

• Responsible for crosscheck monthly Tax report.

• Input Journal Account Payable & Account Receivable to MYOB.

• Responsible for record, verification and report Tax (VAT, Income Tax: 23, 25, 26, 4 ayat (2).

• Handling stock taking end of month.

 

Warehouse Manager

Maintain physical conditionof warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders, for repair and requisitions for replacement.
