- Degree in Information Technology or Networking
- Work experience in support functions
- Solid understanding of networking systems
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has own transportation (motorcycle)
- Understand product flow and features
- Travel to client sites to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Represent Moka's brand by appearing professional in front of clients and providing quality customer service
- Conduct product and features training to customers
- Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team
