  • Have experince working in hotel as a front desk or reservation
  • Accountable and resourceful
  • Have passion in hospitality
  • Able to work under pressure and gast-paced environment
  • Good with excel and words
  • Good command in Englsh and bahasa
  • Pro-Active in English and Bahasa
  • Pro-active, sociable and love to establish relationship
  • Not afraid to communicate
Responsibilities

  • Understanding the needs of the company clients
  • Help the on boarding support team
  • Maintain relationship with clients, daily support, assisting on boarding support for implementation
  • Attract potential customers by answering products and service questions suggesting information about products and services
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves product or services problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem;selecting and explanning the best solution to solve the problem  expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare products or service report by collecting and analyzing customer information
