- University degree in any major (an advantage if you are strong in number such as Technical, Math, Statistics, etc).
- Min. 3 years of solid experience and hands on in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Brand Management and Direct Communication will be an advantage.
- Active and hands on in Social Media activity or platform (huge followers will be an advantage).

- Develops integrated online and offline digital strategy including E-commerce strategy, plans all brand campaign, executes and monitors implementation of approved plan continues providing strategic tools and system in order to support business objective.
- Ensures effectiveness and efficiency on any digital development and implementation through digital creative and placement strategy to improve brand awareness, relevancy and increase retention.
- Indentifies and manages innovation development development of new marketing communication channel or enhance the current marketing communication channel.
- Working closely with E-players, internal sales, marketing and Supply Chain stakeholders in pricing, discount, delivery and packaging for E-players.
- Develops clear scorecard to monitor PNL, sales, and share.
