- High school or equivalent
- Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Able to operate computer & willing to learn customer service system
- Have a good communication skills and listening skills (Customer Service orientation)
- Able to work under pressure (handling customer complaint & customer needs)
- Able to communicate in English
- Good command in Mandarin is an advantage.
Main Responsibility :
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
