- Manage communication and relationship with potential partners / clients and giving solutions introduction that are appropriate for their business needs
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the operation and sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
- Provide daily and monthly report of field sales success.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
