        Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Others), Others or equivalent.

        At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

        Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

        Duties will include travel, shift work, and weekend.

        Have driving license and own vehicle (motorbike).

        Required skill(s): Structured Query Language (SQL).

Tanggung Jawab

Responsibilities


    Specifically responsible for installation, configuration, training, and project management for the Raptor product suite (hardware and software) and associated interfaces.

        Specifically responsible for the 1st level support and education of Raptor Point of Sales System to the costumer.

        Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting.

        Responsible for the tracking and management of all support calls.

        Work with the support team to ensure service level requirement are exceeded.

To-date, it owns the Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) of Raptor POS System for hospitality sector which includes Point of Sales solution, PDA solution, Inventory solution, Membership, and Loyalty programs. New Proprietary Products

RAPTOR’s proprietary products comprise:-
(i) Raptor POS Software – a touch screen point-of-sales system and wireless system PDA that incorporate powerful management tools at an affordable price; this system is specifically targeted at the hospitality industry, including pre-paid and post-paid systems. We have implemented RFID and Biometric solutions.
(ii) Raptor POS Hardware – a touch screen point of sales hardware specifically designed for the hospitality industry which is reliable and proven.
(iii) Raptor Inventory System – an inventory solution specifically designed for the hospitality industry.
(iv) Raptor membership and loyalty solutions – provide online and offline loyalty programs for the hospitality industry.
(v) Raptor Enterprise Headquarters solution – provides HQ enterprise management capability for large chain restaurants.
(vi) Raptor Patent Pending Biometric System – Fingerprint biometric pre-paid system
