  • Minimum bachelor degree.

Tanggung Jawab
  • Plan & oversee business development efforts.
  • Ensure a solid understanding of SWOT analysis of key competitors, changes in legislation which impact on the industry, service options and pricing in key trade lanes.
  • Conduct relevant market research and monitor trends.
  • Monitor competitors and review employer’s offering in light of competition developments.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback and evidence of competitor pricing to ensure ongoing competitive pricing.
  • Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of Agility’s products and services, industry’s trend and customer’s business needs, and offer Agility’s value proposition.
  • Provide market feedback on product offering and solution design to develop company’s offering to stay ahead of the market.
  • Research organizations and individuals online / offline to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Identify new principal and market that meet standards in terms of goods, pricing, quality, owner willingness etc and pitch partnership proposal.
  • Develop and manage relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Strengthen relationship with existing partners & other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and control internal resources to develop of the business.
  • Work closely with revenue management team to drive top line.
  • Meet regularly with Line Management to review Sales Pipeline and opportunities and identify where company’s offering and Value-Added Services can be promoted.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc.
  • Work with Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing plans to meet the Company’s overall business objectives.
  • Coach and develop the Marketing team.
  • Work with Sales teams to source, acquire, build and maintain a strong partnership with sellers through on-ground partners to achieve business growth.
  • Co-operate with and give guidance to sales teams to capture new business opportunities.
  • Analyze and identify target clients based on Sales Strategy.
  • Work with Finance teams to design detailed financial modelling (forecast) to calculate cost - benefit relationship for budgeting, monthly forecasting, quarterly forecasting and multiple years business plan development.
  • Ensure smooth functioning on day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure client visits per week and reported.
  • Generate and seek out potential new opportunities.
  • Evaluate new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities.
  • Participate in new business contract negotiations.
  • Maximize new business opportunity to their full potential.
  • Managing proposal, submissions, and bids.
  • Provide professional advice to client & understand their needs.
  • Conduct targeted sector marketing to introduce company customized training and consultancy.
