- Minimum 2-3 years of experienced as personnel administration staff/ HR Staff.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Aptitude in problem solving.

- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in fast-paced environment.

- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing jobs ad.
- Implementing the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Conducting new employee orientations.
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updates of employee master list includes all changes affecting employee statuses such as new hires, promotions, lateral movements, and termination.
- Conducting psychological test and interpret assessment result.
- Perform administration for employee benefit such as childbirth, condolence, employee wedding, etc.
- Handling employee medical claim administration (BPJS and other medical insurance).
- Handling administration employee attendance and overtime.
