• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Prioritize for Marketing), Accounting, Statistics, Industrial Engineering
• Has 1-2 years of working experience as PA/Secretary to Director, familiar working with numbers, has experience working in departement Supply Chain Dept, Sales Operations/Commercial Excellence Dept, Sales Dept, Marketing Dept.
• Understand and able to speak English.
• Experienced in making business presentation
• Good administrative & communication.
• Familiar with using xls, power point, ms words and other office tool.
Role Summary & Responsibility :
Compile reports and data, do all administrative task such as preparation meeting, arrange director needs, create PO/PR, point of contact to related vendor, operational coordination, assisting with invoicing
