- Ensure timely and quality production processes; identify risks and come up with mitigation plans
- Make strategic and tactical decisions based on game KPI’s
- Conduct competitive research; analyze game data to maintain and improve strong KPI’s
- Be a focal point for the studio with related departments (R&D, BI, Marketing, etc.) to ensure full sync and resource optimization
- Ensuring the developer receives full support from publishing teams – creative, game design, art, BI
- Setting up games tests – CTR, CPI, D1
