- Handling whole region responsibility such as target sell-out/value, sell-through, plan & strategic, human resource, branding, data analyze, sales program, stock management etc.
- Responsible to direct communication with management regarding market, competitor, internal & external situation and give an advise or solution until get a positive result
- Direct communication and negotiation to dealer/partner with positive result
- Internal & external problem solving (as a region owner)
- Support all Huawei’s division to improve business in region
