• Bachelor's Degree (Master’s or graduate degree is preferred)
• Related work experience as a Wholesale or B2B Manager (3 years) in retail industry, especially from fashion retail companies or multinational retail companies is
• Have experience in building and grow new business from the ground up and accustomed to work in matrix structure with local and GHQ Management is preffered
• Target oriented and possess a win-win mentality . Have ability to work independently and contribute to greater goals
• Able to speak English with professional working proficiency
• Aptitude in problem-solving, decision-making and working with numbers (experience in collecting and analyzing data)
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, communication skills, ability to work well with others and outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Reporting directly to Business Structure Transformation Director
• Explore and maximize the potential of wholesale business in FRID. Create, implement, and execute (involve/hands on in day-to-day operational) the business plan and respective aspects (internal and external processes, wholesale business policy, clients list, potential future accounts, engagement strategy, etc.) to help the business grows and meet sales targets.
• Find ways to improve and develop sales numbers through analyzing performance of all relevant accounts, and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.
• Manage, develop, and serve existing accounts through sales data utilization.
• Build solid relationship management . Regularly meet with clients to manage the important pathway between the agreement of the sale to the final delivery.
• Produce reports and present them to Management and relevant stakeholders . Analyzing sales and data, produce wholesale forecasts and work towards agreed KPIs.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints from any of the accounts.
