Job Descriptions:
This role will support the HR Department, which duties and responsibilities include;
• Recruitment
Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees, and involved in background checks as needed.
• People Development
Organizing and designing training sessions, including overseeing the materials and how they are delivered, and ensuring employee’s performance for the follow through.
• Employee Relations
Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required, including working with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed, and assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
• Payroll
Ensure that employees have a systematic method for reporting work hours, including ensuring that payroll taxes are paid in a timely fashion and manage miscellaneous payroll deduction, such as contributions and insurance copays.
• Other HR duties, such as employee database management, employee events, and offboarding.
