Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
The ability to conduct psychological test and different types of interviews.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to join immediately

Conduct end to end recruitment process including the resourcing plan, interview, conduct test.
Maintain employee data to ensure all data valid and update MPP
Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately
Conducting psychological test
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Manage overall HR Operations function including administer employee attendance, employees documents, and general administration
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
