- Bachelor's degree in IT / Statistics or relevant
- Have experience min. 2 years in the same field
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Good communication and interpersonal skillStrong analytical thinking skill and attention to detail
- Familiar in using SQL, BI tools, or Phyton will be a plus
- Good sense of business will be beneficial.
- Monitor and evaluate data quality on Customer Data Platform (CDP) system
- Develop and evaluate data modeling for predictive analysis
- Create data visualization to support decision making
- Provide data needed to support data-driven marketing or campaign strategy
- Coordinate with related parties to maintain CDP operation support
- Generate regular or adhoc reports
- Support CX system operation, including website, internal management system, apps, call center, etc
- Work closely with related parties to enhance CX system and data analysis.
