The Required Profile:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Management
Minimum 4 years’ experience working as Project Manager in IT Industries
Able to use Project Management tools Like Jira, Trello, Etc
Excellent leadership skills
Good project management skills
Strong in analytical thinking, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Good logical thinking and fast learner
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in english and bahasa indonesia)
Solid organizational skill including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Additional factor We Appreciate:

• Able to work fast and under pressured

• Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) is advantage

• Willing to work overtime and in tight deadline

We are looking for Project Manager to join our IT Development Team. Be responsible for managing, coordinating, and completing the project on time within scope. Be responsible for set deadlines, assignments, responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Also, prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project.

The Task & Responsibilities:

Directs and manage end to end process of the project and the team
Facilitates communication between project team and project owner in daily basis
Scheduling project milestone, management, and delegation of the project task
Monitors project progress by tracking activity
Ensures project issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved
Compile periodic project reports to be given to project owner
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (functional requirements documents, business requirement documents, use case document and minutes of meeting documents)
