1. Membuat program preventive maintenance dari semua peralatan HVAC yang ada di gedung sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan, dan memastikan program tersebut berjalan sesuai rencana.

2. Pembuatan rencana kerja bulanan beserta anggaran yang dibutuhkan, pembuatan SOP, jadwal kerja tim HVAC, monitor kehadiran dan performa kerja harian tim teknisi AC, memeriksa dan memastikan setiap service di buat BA service.

3. Memberikan pelatihan sesuai dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dan membuat laporan kerja secara berkala dan di laporkan ke atasan.
