      • Manage and Supervise a team of payroll and benefits staff;   
      • Ensure compliance to payroll processes for all categories of employment;
      • Review monthly payroll with payroll supervisor to ensure accuracy of salary payments including withholding of income tax;
      • Compute and validate annual income tax against company tax consultants, resolve and advise management on any discrepancies;
      • Constantly review payroll processes with other departments (especially Project Department) to ensure accuracy of payroll information;
      • Analyse wage data and salary reports to determine competitive compensation plan;
      • Ensure company policies and benefits are reviewed and renewed to provide the necessary coverage (e.g. insurance) to all our employees;
      • Engage all levels of employees to improve and/or maintain team effectiveness;
      • Assist the Head, HR to prepare an annual HR budget;
      • Timely submission of all monthly and yearly HR reports including payroll, tax and headcount;
      • Supervise the annual performance review cycle with Heads of Departments and Supervisors;
      • Be actively involved to assisting any ad-hoc projects.

    • 1. Translate document from Bahasa Indonesia to Mandarin and vice versa
      2. Becoming an interpreter to the Chinese Staff
      3. Assist the Exim Department and Purchase Department to help communicate with the China party.
      4. Attend meetings and act as official interpreter to mediate discussion;
      5. Accompany China Engineer and facilitate communication between china team and Local Team for machine installation and Technical Process Transfer;
      6. Other works as assigned by the Management or BOD.
