Responsibilities

JOB  DESCRIPTIONS  :

·         Performing a variety of administration & clerical job, data entries, book keepings, verification, voucher generate, tax calculation and reporting as well as reclassification and maintain supporting book for fullset of accounts and other tasks relate to accounting, financial & taxation.

·         Ensure all transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, equity) being recorded consistently and accurately in accordance to Indonesia finansial accounting standard.

·         Generate financial report (PL statement, Balance sheet) montly & yearly.

·         Perform bank and supporting book reconciliation every month to ensure all financial records accurately presented and resolve all discrepancies to financial statement.

·         Check, confirm and maintain company liability to the vendors/3rd parties as well as receivable to clients for payment & collection.

·         Maintain fixed asset record and the depreciation schedule associated with financial statement.

·         Maintain filling all accounting, finance and taxation data & information (vouchers, report, etc) systematically and well organized.

·         Secures financial information by computing database backups & protects successful audit result and compliance.

·         Responsible accuracy in the general ledger and financial statement and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of all transaction.

·         Prepare and issued payment all operational costs and employee salary.

·         Generate & report all corporate taxes to the tax office according to the associate reporting periode (VAT, WHT 21, 23, Final tax, etc).
